Bria Burby

Program Director

Bria Burby is the Program Director of all of our locations; with over ten years of experience in early childhood care and development, Bria is a dedicated childcare professional who blends expertise with personal insight as a mother of two. Certified with her CDA (Child Development Associate) in Early Childhood Development, Bria is committed to fostering a nurturing and educational environment where children can thrive.

Bria has been married for two years and has two wonderful children. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Pre-K Teacher

Hello! My name is Cadence, and I am the Pre-K Lion Teacher at Building Bridges. I have been working in the field of early childhood education for nearly three years and am currently pursuing my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential to further expand my knowledge and skills as an educator.

I am passionate about creating a positive, welcoming classroom where children feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to be themselves. I believe every child learns and develops in their own unique way, and I strive to provide experiences that support their individual growth while celebrating every accomplishment along the way.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is building meaningful relationships with both children and their families. I believe that strong partnerships between home and school help children thrive. My goal is for every family to feel welcomed, supported, and connected from the moment they walk through our door. I hope our classroom is a place filled with kindness, laughter, learning, and a true sense of community where every child feels right at home.
